Where to start for stronger legs: ONE exercise
Hint- itโs not a squat! โ๐ฝ
There are tons of wants to strengthen the legs but Iโve found this exercise to be one of the nicest to the knees if you are experiencing pain or just starting out โ
Aim for 10-12 repetitions each side and see how it feels ๐
Increase or decrease repetitions or range of motion as needed โ ๏ธ
Leg strengthening doesnโt have to be complicated. The simplest movements can be the best to get your body going ๐๐ผ
The cool thing is this exercise also works the core and balance which can help with walking and hip + knee mobility for stairs ๐๐ฝ
