Chicken Gyros:
• 1 kg boneless chicken thighs
• 2 tbsp yogurt
• 1 tbsp lemon juice
• 2 tbsp all-purpose seasoning
• 1 tsp Korean red chili powder
• 2 tsp paprika
Tzatziki:
• 1 cup Greek yogurt (preferably full-fat for a creamier texture)
• 1/2 cucumber (grated and squeezed to remove excess water)
• 1 garlic clove (minced)
• 1-2 tablespoons olive oil
• 1 teaspoon lemon juice
• 1 tablespoon fresh dill or mint (chopped)
• Salt and pepper to taste
