Recipe ⬇️ healthy Cheetos 🐆🧀
Cheetos recipe made entirely with clean, healthy ingredients.
Ingredients:
Parmigiano Reggiano- 65g
Aged cheddar – 35g
Organic cassava flour – 80g
Pastured egg white – 1
Grass fed ghee- 2tsp
Sea salt
Dried cheddar cheese crisps- 40g – I used @whispssnacks
Organic smoked paprika – 1tsp
Organic onion powder – 1tsp
Preparation:
Preheat oven to 350f.
Grate the cheeses. Mix with cassava flour and salt. Add the egg white and 2 tablespoon ghee. Add water- roughly half a cup- firm and pipeable, never too sticky.
On unbleached baking sheet pipe to Cheetos shape.
In the oven for 20 minutes or until the edges are golden, then turn off oven, open its door and leave them in to dry.
While they bake make the dust? Coating? The orange stuff- blend cheddar cheese crisps with paprika, onion powder, and salt.
Let the Cheetos cool completely.
Coat, you can add a touch of melted ghee so easier for coating to stick.
Orange fingers yes, tastes better yes, and zero ⛽️
