This 45 MIN FULL BODY WORKOUT isn’t just about getting stronger, it’s about reconnecting with yourself first. ๐ซ
Before we jump into the workout, I’ve added a beautiful “Connect Before You Train” moment to help you slow down, arrive in your body and create intention for the next 45 minutes. โค๏ธโ๐ฅ
Once we’re connected, we’ll turn up the energy with a challenging full body session that will fire up every muscle, leave you feeling powerful and remind you what your body is capable of. ๐ช๐ผ
No matter where you’re starting today, all you have to do is show up.

Remember: we all are different, so are our levels of fitness. Make every single workout YOUR OWN. It is really important to make sure to maintain a proper form while exercising. Feel free to modify some exercises (such as slowing down, no jumping etc.) or rest some more if you need to. ๐ค
