Happy January 1st everyone and happy 2026! Hope you all had a wonderful 2025 and wishing you an even better 2026. Moving my body is always something that makes my day feel brighter and joyful so what better way to start the new year than with a new 7-day pilates challenge 😌

Todays class is a 20-minute full body pilates workout, perfect to start your morning with, leaving you feeling energised and ready for the day ahead. If you are looking to add some more resistance to the workout, feel free to use ankle weights and hand weights!
